Brooklands New Mixed-Use Zoning District
The City is working to draft a new mixed-use zoning district and related zoning standards for the Brooklands area that implements the recommendations outlined in the Auburn Road Corridor Plan. The resulting ordinance is intended to promote walkability and encourage the revitalization of the corridor while minimizing impacts to the surrounding residential neighborhood.

An open house will be held at City Hall from 6-7PM on Tuesday, September 17th to be followed by a public hearing at the September 17th Planning Commission meeting beginning at 7PM. For the proposed text of the ordinance Click here.
