The city solicits its purchases through the Michigan Inter-Governmental Trade Network (MITN). All vendors must register and become qualified through that website.
How can I find the status of a specific solicitation as well as who received the award?
Award information is posted on the MITN website; find bid opportunities, click on solicitation number, and then award information.

The city electronically auctions its obsolete items. Go to the MITN website and then click on the surplus auction link to view Rochester Hills items, as well as items up for auction by other communities.
