How do I find what my actual lot dimensions / property lines are for my house?
To find your actual lot dimensions, please look at the property descriptions maps. (Please have your parcel identification number (PIN) ready to use; it is always listed on your tax bills.) This map will show you your lot dimensions only, not your house on your lot, for this you need a survey. Please note that the Assessing Department does not have a survey of your property.

The determination of property boundaries is not a governmental function of the City of Rochester Hills. The city recommends that you refer to listings in the phone book under surveyors for this information.
