Zoning / Sign Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is established by Chapter 138 of the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills. The Sign Board of Appeals is established by Chapter 134 of the Zoning Ordinance, Article II, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills. The Zoning Board of Appeals / Sign Board of Appeals has authority to entertain applications, hold public hearings, grant permits and do all other acts authorized by Codified and City Zoning Ordinance.

Planning Commission Representative, appointed by Planning Commission, Confirmed by City Council - One-Year Term
Meets the SECOND and FOURTH WEDNESDAY of each month at 7:30 p.m., at the City Municipal Offices, with the exception of the fourth Wednesday in December.
