Rochester Hills, MI - The Rochester Hills Museum and the Detroit Arsenal of Democracy Museum present a World War II event on Saturday, August 28 from 9-5 p.m. Driven to Victory will feature Allied and Axis campsites, military and armored vehicles, weapon demonstrations, and battle reenactments at 12:30 pm and 4:00 p.m. In addition, there will be displays and vendors selling military memorabilia. Rochester Hills, MI - WABCO North America, LLC, a tier-one supplier to the global commercial vehicle industry, plans to invest $6.2 million for a new division in Rochester Hills (Oakland County) to expand its product offering into North America. The expansion is expected to create up to 929 total jobs, including 274 directly by the company, plus an additional 655 indirect jobs. Rochester Hills Museum Hosts Vintage Base Ball Matches (07.09.2010)
Rochester Hills, MI - The Rochester Grangers Vintage Base Ball Club will play the Bay City Independents on Saturday, July 10 at 1:00 p.m. Future matches will be held on Saturday, July 31 against the Port Huron Welkins and will also feature a display of vintage cars by the casual T Model T Club. The last home match of the season will be held on Sunday, August 1 against the Spiegel Grove Squires. All matches are held at 1:00 p.m., admission is free and guests should bring their own chair.
