City hall is located on the South side of Avon just West of Livernois. The address is 1000 Rochester Hills Drive. City hall is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Can the mayor perform a wedding ceremony? Is there a charge? Where do I get my license?
Yes, within the city limits of Rochester Hills. Please contact the Department of Vital Statistics at Oakland County for Marriage License information 248-858-1000. Per City Ordinance, the cost of a wedding ceremony is $100.00. The mayor will perform wedding ceremonies Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. as his schedule allows.
