Zoning Rewrite
The Rochester Hills Zoning Rewrite Technical Review Committee was created to provide input regarding the language, interpretations and definitions of the Zoning Ordinance, as well as incorporation of the new districts, as shown in the Master Land Use Plan, and to enhance the clarity.
Ordinance No. 532, The City of Rochester Hills, Michigan Zoning Ordinance, was adopted by City Council on April 20, 2009 and became effective April 27, 2009.
The Rochester Hills City Council directed the dissolution of the Zoning Rewrite Technical Review Committee on November 23, 2009.
