Overview
City Council, at its regular meeting of November 15, 2006, adopted Resolution RES0396-2006 dissolving its City Council Communication Committees effective December 31, 2006. In lieu of the Communication Committees, Council decided to create Technical Review Committees to address pending issues on a more focused and limited scope approach to ensure that all issues are addressed in the appropriate manner. Appointments are made by City Council during the first Council meeting in December of each year.
