Zoning / Sign Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is established by Chapter 138 of the Zoning Ordinance, Article III, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills. The Sign Board of Appeals is established by Chapter 134 of the Zoning Ordinance, Article II, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills. The Zoning Board of Appeals / Sign Board of Appeals has authority to entertain applications, hold public hearings, grant permits and do all other acts authorized by Codified and City Zoning Ordinance.

The City of Rochester Hills will be making nominations at the March 15, 2010 Regular City Council Meeting to the Zoning/Sign Board of Appeals to fill one three (3) year term to expire March 31, 2013. Interested residents may apply by submitting a Candidate Questionnaire
no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010.
