Southeast Michigan Council of Governments
Southeast Michigan Council of Governments (SEMCOG) is a regional planning partnership, accountable to member local governments in Southeast Michigan. The SEMCOG partnership strengthens efficient and effective local government, supporting local planning through its technical data and intergovernmental resources.
