Rochester Area Youth Assistance

Rochester Area Youth Assistance (RAYA) offers financial assistance and/or counseling to qualified families, to aid in the strengthening of youth and families by preventing or reducing delinquency, neglect, and abuse.

Meets the FOURTH TUESDAY of each month, 5:00 p.m.
at the Rochester Community Schools Administration Building.
