Personnel Board
Established by Ordinance, Pursuant to Chapter 82, Personnel, Administrative and Managerial Employee Appeal Procedures, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills. The Board receives copies of all written orders regarding dismissal, suspension or demotion for Managerial or Administrative employees. Employees may file an appeal, at which time the board shall hold a hearing.
