Elections Commission
Established by the Rochester Hills City Charter, Section 9.4, the Commission is responsible for all activities and duties required of it by State Election Law and City Charter relating to the conduct of elections in the City.
Appointed by City Council for Three-Year Terms consisting of Clerk as Chairperson and
Two qualified registered electors.
Meets according to the Rochester Hills City Charter.
