Construction/Fire Prevention Board of Appeals
Established by Ordinance, now Chapter 18, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, pursuant to Section 14 of the State of Michigan Public Act 230 of 1972. The Board hears appeals on decisions relating to City administration of the BOCA Code and the Fire Prevention Code.
Appointed by the Mayor and Confirmed by the Council Three-Year Terms
Meets on an "as needed" basis.
