Building Authority
Building Authority acquires and arranges for construction on property acquired by the City when bond sales are required. Currently, the only building covered by the Building Authority is the City of Rochester Hills Municipal Offices at 1000 Rochester Hills Drive.
Pursuant to MCL 123.955, the Articles of Incorporation set forth the name of the Authority; name(s) of the unit(s) incorporating the same; the purpose for which the Authority is created; the number, terms and manner of selection of its Officers including its governing body which shall be known as the Commission. Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of the City of Rochester Hills Building Authority, certified 2/8/85 and adopted by City Council on 2/6/85 are on file.
