We are currently accepting applications for the 2008/2009 school year. Applications must be received in the Clerk's Department no later than 5 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2008. | How to Apply

Profile Information: Name, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, age, school name, grade, graduation date, parent/guardian information.
Essay Questions: Write a short essay on a separate piece of paper responding to five application questions. Your response should be 500 words or less.
Two Letters of Recommendation: Include two (2) letters of recommendation from adults who know you at school and your activities out of school.
Interest Statement: Be sure to read and sign the Interest Statement and have your Parent or Legal Guardian sign the application document.
