Charter Non-Structural
Technical Review Committee
The Rochester Hills Charter Non-Structural Technical Review Committee was created on February 25, 2008 to analyze the City Charter and propose possible Charter Amendments for Non-Structural items to City Council for review, deliberation and placement, if any, on November 2008 ballot; prepare recommendations, if any, by June 1, 2008; and report monthly to City Council on Committee progress.
Membership:
Four Citizen Representatives appointed by Council
for One Year Terms
Three (3) Council Members
One Administrative Representatives as deemed necessary for input/assistance and maintaining "notes" for the meetings.
One Rochester Hills Government Youth Council (RHGYC) Representative
Term:
The term shall be until the Committee is dissolved by City Council or December, 2008, whichever comes first.
