Capital Improvement Plan Technical Review Committee
The Rochester Hills Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) Technical Review Committee was created to develop the six-year planning instrument used to identify needed capital projects in an effort to coordinate the financing and timing of improvements in a way that maximizes the value to the public.
