The City of Rochester Hills infrastructure is contained within a 32 square mile footprint consisting of over:
282 miles of major and local roadways
327 miles of sanitary sewer
438 miles of water main
95 miles of pathway
The city also operates a
Fleet Services Division
that maintains 170 vehicles and 200 pieces of power and field equipment.
The Department of Public Services and Engineering team is responsible for delivery, maintenance, operations and capital improvements of the above mentioned assets. Our success and accomplishment in the delivery of our services comes from a team of 64 highly experienced and multidisciplined personnel.
The DPS / Engineering Team recognizes that providing these essential services in an effective and efficient manner maintains as well as improves the high quality of life in the City of Rochester Hills.
