Absentee ballots will be issued and accepted from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm
Passports will be processed from 8:00 am until Noon

The City Clerk administers all federal, state, and local elections for the City of Rochester Hills. The Clerk’s Office also maintains the voter registration files of the city. To be eligible to vote in elections, you must be a registered voter.

2014 Election Dates & Deadlines 

  • Primary Election - August 5, 2014
    Last day to register to vote in the Primary Election: July 7th
  • General Election - November 4, 2014
    Last day to register to vote in the General Election: Oct 6th

When & How to Register
To become a registered voter, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age by the next election date 
  • Be a citizen of the United States
  • Be a resident of the city 30 days prior to the election

Please visit or contact the Clerk’s Office in City Hall or any Secretary of State Branch Office to register to vote.
