The City is asking businesses and residents to delay the start of their watering systems by 15, 30 or 45 minutes past the top of the hour to avoid sudden water pressure drops that have been detected on the hour. The City's watering ordinance restricts automatic watering systems to operate between midnight and 5:00 am.
