Members are appointed by the City Council for three-year terms consisting of the City Clerk serving as Chairperson and two qualified registered electors.

Board Purpose
Established by the Rochester Hills City Charter, Section 9.4, the Commission is responsible for all activities and duties required of it by State Election Law and City Charter relating to the conduct of elections in the City.
