The city purchases through the Michigan Inter-Governmental TradeNetwork. All vendors must register and become qualified through that website.

The city purchases through the Michigan Inter-Governmental TradeNetwork (MITN). To see current bids please visit that site. To see just the City of Rochester Hills bids, you must first register at MITN. View all bids currently being requested on MITN.
