The tree the city planted has died or is not thriving. Will the city replace it?
Subdivision street trees and Cooperative Tree Program trees are warrantied for a period of one year after they are planted. If they are dead or dying within this one-year period, the contractor will replace them.

Will the city pick up or chip branches / brush / shrubs located on my property?
No. The city does not pick up or chip branches or brush from trees or shrubs located on private property. The city's trash hauler, Republic Services, provides seasonal pick-up of woody debris. See the

sections of our website for further details. Private tree services may offer chipping and/or disposal of branches and brush for a fee.
