PAST DUE TAXES
2010 SUMMER TAXES
Payable July 1, 2010 through September 14, 2010 without interest or penalty. Postmark not honored. On September 15, 2010, interest of 1% will be added to the unpaid balance and an additional 1% will be added on the first day of each month thereafter. On February 15, 2011, penalty of 3% penalty will be added.
2010 WINTER TAXES
Payable December 1, 2010 through February 14, 2011, without penalty. Postmark not honored. On February 15, 2011, penalty of 3% will be added.
All past due payments must be received by the City of Rochester Hills Treasurer on or before
February 28, 2011.
Beginning March 1, 2011, all unpaid taxes are considered delinquent and are payable with additional penalties to Oakland County Treasurer, 1200 N. Telegraph, Pontiac, MI 48341-0479. The County Treasurer's Office can be reached at 248-858-0611.
