Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals is a seven member Board that was established by Chapter 138, Section 138-106 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills.
The Zoning Board of Appeals has the authority to entertain applications, hold Public Hearings, grant permits, and do all other acts authorized by Public Act 207 of 1921, as amended, and by City Ordinance.

The Zoning Board of Appeals shall constitute the Sign Board of Appeals for the purpose of interpreting and carrying out the provisions of Chapter 134, the City's Sign Ordinance.

Meeting Information:
The Zoning Board of Appeals is regularly scheduled to meet on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 7:30 PM, except the Board will not meet on the fourth Monday in May or on the fourth Monday in December. The meetings are held in the auditorium located on the lower level of the City Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive.
