Brownfield Redevelopment Authority
The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is a seven member Board that was established by City Council on November 13, 2002, pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended.
The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority facilitates the implementation of plans relating to the identification and treatment of environmentally distressed areas so as to promote revitalization in the City of Rochester Hills.
The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority is regularly scheduled to meet on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM. The meetings are held in the auditorium located on the lower level of the City Municipal Offices, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive.
