Nowicki Park Concept Designs
Based on the input received at the Nowicki Park Concept Design Workshop in November, five "concept designs" by Giffels-Webster have been prepared for your review. Please click on the plans and the activities chart below. They are also available for viewing at the Parks Office in City Hall. We are asking that you look over these various options and let us know what you think, what you like, etc.

The Parks Division offers four seasons of fun and many diverse activities at its 14 park locations throughout the City of Rochester Hills. Click here to see the location map of all city parks. Our passive and active park sites encompass 900+ acres and attract over 900,000 visitors a year. Recreation is provided through the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA).
We offer the only velodrome in the state of Michigan. This 1/8th mile track is the fastest in the country.
