A Special Place
The Rochester Hills Museum at Van Hoosen Farm is available for your unique event. From wedding receptions, to family reunions, and from birthday parties to anniversary celebrations, you will be surrounded by history in a beautiful and historic setting.
The Museum complex includes the 1840 Van Hoosen Farmhouse - home to five generations of the Taylor and Van Hoosen families; the 1850 Red House and the 1927 Van Hoosen Dairy Barn that is filled with exhibits, videos, and temporary displays that reflect the fascinating history of our community. Our buildings are surrounded by 16 acres of gardens and grounds and the property is bordered by Stoney Creek.
We would be honored to share our facility with you and we look forward to matching your needs with our unique site.
We've been waiting for you since 1823!
