Karl Holder started with the department in 1986 as a Paid on Call firefighter and currently holds the position of Training Coordinator. He is an EMT, licensed fire instructor, and has an associates degree in Fire Fighter Technology. His primary duties include the annual training schedule, coordinating training with other departments, facilitating the training for all new recruits and he is also the Safety Officer at fire scenes.
