Contractor Information:
The City of Rochester Hills Department of Public Services require contractors/excavators to register in order to pull water/sewer permits. Below is a fee schedule regarding registration and permit amounts.
Registered Contractors List (as of April 2008):
Contractors appearing on this list have posted bonds and have been registered by the City of Rochester Hills, Department of Public Services to complete water/sewer hook-ups to residential properties. The contractor will be responsible for applying for a permit and obtaining a open trench inspection. The City plumbing inspector will approve only materials installed in accordance with codes adopted by the City. Registrations expire on March 31st of each year.
