This courtesy does not apply to multi-family property owners, commercial/industrial property owners, or private landscape companies.  No plastic bags are allowed.  The City is covering the costs to be open on Saturdays.

The SOCRRA facility is located on School Road between John R and Dequindre.

No wood chips, branches, brush, tree trimmings, shrubs, etc. will be accepted at the compost site.

Rochester Hills residents are welcome to use SOCRRA compost for their gardens and on their lawns.  Residents can take compost humus from the stockpile next to the yard waste drop off point.  We will not always have a pile there since availability depends on screening and curing time.  Please DO NOT roam to other locations on site, as this will be the only location of free material.
