Try RHINO (Rochester Hills Information Neighborhood Online)RHINO is an interactive online forum designed to provide residents with a place to communicate and share information. Individual neighborhoods will each have their own forum on the site as well as many other general use forums. Participation does not require membership in a homeowners association.
Mayor Barnett has established this new program in an effort to provide a free forum for residents to better communicate. He is excited about this new communication tool and believes it will give residents additional opportunities to share ideas and best practices with other residents.
Viewing the site does not require registration and information on using the site can be found in the General System Information forum. RHINO is designed for those 13 years and older.
