Will the city pick up or chip branches / brush / shrubs located on my property?
No. The city does not pick up or chip branches or brush from trees or shrubs located on private property. The city's trash hauler, GFL Environmental, provides seasonal pick-up of woody debris. See the trash pick-up and recycling sections of our website for further details. Private tree services may offer chipping and/or disposal of branches and brush for a fee.
The following locations will accept brush and other woody debris from trees for disposal for a fee - call for current fees and information:
