Chief Financial Credit Union Invests $60,000 in Innovation Hills

As part of their impressive commitment to give back to the community, Chief Financial Credit Union recently presented Mayor Barnett with a $60,000 investment for the city's newest park, Innovation Hills.

This incredibly generous donation will allow for the development of a one of a kind water feature that will serve as a focal point of the new park. The striking water wall will showcase the beauty of moving water over natural slate and welcome each and every guest to the region’s most innovative and beautiful new park.

In addition to the water feature, their support will provide the park’s first public shelter near the entrance of the park. Chief Financial’s investment will provide future visitors a beautiful place for friends and family to gather. Future generations will have a meaningful way to connect with nature and preserve our environment.

This is the largest donation for the Innovation Hills fundraising campaign to date.

"Chief Financial is proud to give back to one of the places we call home," states Chief Financial Credit Union CEO Tom Dluzen. "Our team looks forward to seeing the impact of this gift for years to come."

Chief Financial is deeply committed to the community and has a history of supporting numerous local organizations notably Rochester College, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and Rochester Community Schools Foundation.

"We are proud to partner with Chief Financial to make this vision become a reality," states Mayor Bryan K. Barnett. “We are so thankful that the residents and business believe in our vision to create the region’s coolest new park and are willing to join us in making that dream a reality."
